What payment methods can I use

You can pay in a variety of ways, including credit/debit cards. We do not accept purchase orders over the phone. All purchase orders must be faxed, mailed, or emailed. To apply for approved business status, please call us at 888-498-5059 or email it to sales@versaproducts.com

When will I get my items?

Most orders are shipped out within 1 business day and take between 1-7 days in transit depending where in the country the order is shipping to. Our goal is to always ship your product in the safest manner possible. We have developed a relationship with multiple carriers who each specialize in certain kinds of freight. For shipments under 50 lbs. We usually use either UPS or Fedex your products. When the shipments get larger than 50 lbs we user carriers such as BAX or Roadway because they are better at handling larger freight safely.

What is your return and refunds policy?

We guarantee customer satisfaction on every item purchased. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund. If you have ordered a quantity of greater than two units, only one product may have been opened for evaluation. Opening of additional products is an acceptance of the entire order. All shipping on returns is paid for by the purchaser. For orders of more than one unit there is a 18% restocking fee. Custom orders are not refundable.

Nothing is outsourced, and we are able to provide outstanding service for all of our products.

Do you products have a warranty?

We guarantee every product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of that product. We will repair or replace any defective part or product once inspected by an authorized representative.
