Versa Products, Inc. warrants every product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of that product. We guarantee customer satisfaction on every item purchased from Versa Tables, Inc. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund. If you have ordered a quantity of greater than two units, only one product may have been opened for evaluation. Opening of additional products is an acceptance of the entire order. All shipping on returns is paid for by the purchaser. For orders of more than one unit there is a 18% restocking fee. Custom orders are not refundable.

Free Shipping
Freight is ALWAYS FREE within the United States. Our goal is to always ship your product in the safest manner possible. We have developed relationships with a variety of freight carriers specializing in many different kinds of freight. For shipments under 50 lbs., we usually use either UPS or Fedex to send your products. For shipments larger than 50 lbs., often we user carriers such as BAX or Roadway because they are better at handling larger freight safely. Shipping Costs:
Free shipping applies to all products regardless of the quantity being shipped to a location within the 48 states. Shipping to locations outside of the contiguous 48 states will be determined for each individual situation.

Most orders are shipped via prepaid truck freight; this method provides the fastest and safest mode of transport for our products. Smaller products usually ship via UPS or FedEx. We use a wide variety of carriers to provide timely affordable service to you, the customer

PAPERLESS PROCESSING
Throughout every aspect of our order processing system, from online electronic order placement to our paperless e-fax system, the presence and necessity of paper printouts is kept to a bare minimum.
MANUFACTURING PRACTICES
Versa Tables has gone to great expense to implement numerous "Green" manufacturing processes aimed at substantially reducing the production of air and water pollutants that are common among our competitors. Our closed-circuit powered painting system, non-toxic laminates, and natural latex edging strips provide a few examples of our dedication to environmentally friendly manufacturing. Examples of the certifications and programs that our wood products are associated with include the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) and the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). We also only use 100% recycled American steel for all of the frames and sheet metal components of our furniture.
FACILITIES
Our third focus is on the daily energy consumption of our manufacturing and office facilities. We strive to use the latest environmentally friendly machines and techniques to reduce our energy use. Practices as simple as utilizing 95% natural light coverage instead of standard fluorescent lighting have decreased our electricity demands significantly.
